Purpose
This site has been designed to help you, as an applicant or potential applicant, determine if you might be eligible for need-based Financial Aid.
How it Works
The Edinboro Financial Aid Calculator is based on the "need-analysis" method and "packaging" guidelines that Edinboro University uses for students admitted to the University.
The calculations are done using the parameters for a full time dependent freshman entering Edinboro University in August 2009. If your first year of college attendance is 2010-2011, you still should be able to get a reasonable approximation of possible Financial Aid, provided there aren't major changes in your family's financial situation between now and your freshman year of college. The Calculator calculations will be updated for the 2010-2011 academic year when this information is available from the Department of Education.
Limitations
The Edinboro Financial Aid Calculator is designed for dependent United States students, independent or self-supporting United States students cannot use the Calculator as their eligibility is determined using different formulas and criteria which are not available in the Calculator at this time.

The accuracy of the information you provide on the Calculator worksheet affects the accuracy of your estimated results.
The Calculator cannot determine if you will receive funding from external sources such as Scholarships, Veterans Benefits, Private Loans, or Employee Tuition Benefits. The applicant should determine if education funding from external sources are available.
The Edinboro Financial Aid Calculator does not store any of the information you provide on these web pages, and therefore this information cannot be retrieved once you leave the Calculator. If you want to retain your results from the Calculator you should print a copy before you exit the Calculator.
